Full flavoured stock is the foundation of any good meal and also the perfect starting point for wonderful reduced stock-based sauces, risottos or braising.

Made with a mix of slowly roasted onions, garden vegetables, fresh herbs and the added lift of Verjuice, this stock is very well balanced. It can be used to add depth of flavour to a pumpkin soup, or to poach broad beans ready to ‘mash’ for bruschetta.
